The full introduction

Brian McNally builds companies, and he is honest about what it costs.

Raised in Northeast Philadelphia, he grew Meleeo past $50 million in annual revenue, landed four consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 — including No. 281 in 2019 — and exited for a multi-eight-figure sum. He paid his people on the way out, not just himself.

His first book, FCK AVG: A Tactical Guide to Reclaiming Your Life, is a working manual against what Brian calls Default Living — the life that quietly assembles itself out of circumstance, expectation and habit while you are busy.

Brian is not selling a destination. His method is three moves: get honest, own the gap, become the proof. He works it with founders through a selective Founder Operating System, and he is still running it on himself.

This is how I'm trying to live. Come along if it resonates.
