What we collect
- Waitlist: name (optional), email, source tag, basic device/user-agent.
- Members redeem: name, email, phone, access code, marketing consent, optional anonymized-insights consent.
- Workbook / Action Plan: form answers you submit (via Tally), plus a compiled plan stored so you can reopen it.
- Basic analytics needed to run the site (page loads, errors).
How we use it
- Deliver book-launch and Action Plan emails.
- Marketing about Brian's work when you opt in (Kit / ConvertKit).
- Anonymized aggregate insights only when you opt in — never sold as individual answers.
- Operate members access and prevent code abuse.
Who processes it
Depending on features enabled: this website (Vercel), Turso database, Tally (form host), Kit/ConvertKit and/or Resend (email). We do not sell your answers.
The AI companion pack runs in your ChatGPT or Claude account. Those conversations are not hosted on brianmcnally.com and are subject to that provider's terms.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from marketing anytime via the link in those emails. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email socials@brianmcnally.com.
